I was at Best Buy a couple of months back and found a software for Mac which features thousands of different fonts.  I read some reviews on the product which ultimately caused me to put the software back on the shelf.  A lot of reviewers were saying that they considered Bold and Italicized versions of the same font as different fonts and that they all pretty much looked the same for the most part.  I decided to stick with dafont.com for my font needs.

Where do you guys get your fonts?

I like DaFont, there's no reason to buy software based on the number of typefaces it has because any typeface will work on any software. I think it's important to have the various styles, not just bold and italics but even more, since a font can be great but if the font-weight doesn't suit your needs then you're forced to go to a different typeface, you can's just thin it out yourself.
